Linda Denise Blair is an American film/television actress, model, and activist. Best known for her role as Regan McNeil in William Friedkin’s “The Exorcist.”

She was born on January 22, 1959, in St. Louis, Missouri. She had an older sister, Debbie, and an older brother, Jim. When Linda was 2 years old, her father took a job in New York, and the family moved to Westport, Connecticut, where her mother went to work as a real estate agent. In 1968, her acting debut took place, when she starred as a regular actress in the Soap Opera “Hidden Faces.”

Linda began her acting career with small cameo roles in films, and television series, her debut work in film was the role of Bardi in the movie “The Sporting Club” in 1971.

Soon she was offered the role of a devil-possessed girl, which received big fame. Later, Linda appeared in the film “Airport 1975.” In 1977, Linda starred in the sequel to the movie “The Exorcist” called “Exorcist II: The Heretic.” Then followed by roles in low-success films. Linda Blair, for a while, suffered from alcoholism and drug addiction and ruined her beautiful tits!
